La Federación de Deporte Adaptado de Castilla y León is the Data Controller of the personal data provided under your consent and hereby informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). The purpose of the processing is to manage the registration and enrolment in the competition, to administer the participation of athletes and other related individuals, to carry out the necessary communications related to the event, and to manage the administrative and financial control of the registration.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contractual relationship established, as well as the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in the proper organisation and supervision of the event. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or when necessary for the correct organisation, management, and control of the competition. Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. You are lso informed that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, as well as the rights to restriction of and objection to its processing, by contacting Federación de Deporte Adaptado, at Calle Prado, 7, local 3, 47003 Valladolid or by email at protecciondatos@deporteadaptadocyl.org.
